We Defend Kids!

Defending children against sex crimes, sex trafficking, and other social evils.

We Defend Kids

The Kid’s Defense Project is a community-based program which proactively fights to defend kids against social evils using advocacy, educational curriculum, media and performing arts. We educate, empower and equip kids with the knowledge, resources and opportunities needed to protect themselves and the peers in their schools, communities and around the world.

Did You Know?

The Child Molestation Research and Prevention Institute says that 95% of child sexual abuse can be prevented through education.

For Adults

The Kid's Defense Team is our Peer Educator Program which trains kids to become "Kid Advocates" by educating the peers in their schools and communities about the topics of sex trafficking, sex crimes and other social evils via public speaking, media, and the performing arts.

Curriculum & Educational Resources

The Kid's Defense Curriculum creates educational videos and provides custom sex trafficking lesson planning and curricular modules that can be adopted or adapted for individual classroom needs and homeschooling as well.

Community Awareness Events

We also host "Defend US Kids" community awareness events to teach children, parents and community members how to identify and report sexual abuse and sex trafficking.

Watch Our Sex Trafficking PSA

We encourage you to watch Unlocked: Sex Trafficking PSA with a child to start an important conversation about their safety. Use the Unlocked Anticipation-Reaction Activity during the video to guide your discussion, and afterward, continue the learning with the Keepin' U Safe Self-Esteem and Safety Curriculum to continue the conversation and education.

Warning: This video may be disturbing to some viewers. We recommend adults watch this video with kids and use the curriculum to reflect and debrief together.
